City Scape Bahrain Ends on a High Note

Technacy WLL was among the many visitors that had the opportunity to visit Cityscape Bahrain, the world’s largest real estate summit and exhibition, which concluded on a high note after being extended for an additional day and having witnessed a record 101 million dinars in sales.

40 of the most prominent real estate development companies, both within and outside Bahrain participated in the successful event.

The expo featured 10,000 properties including land, villas, apartments and real estate projects worth BD 967 million dinars.

The quality and diversity of the projects on sale attracted tremendous footfall, with more than 10,000 visitors flocking to the expo in about five days.

Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the chairman of the Survey and Land Registration Authority, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency and Higher Organizing Committee for Cityscape Bahrain 2022 thanked his Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for the royal care.

“HRH’s attention has contributed to the promotion of Bahrain as a prime destination for investment in the real estate sector”, he said. He also pointed out that the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, with its advanced infrastructure, will attract more and more international exhibitions and further contribute to the comprehensive development of the Kingdom.

He also hailed the real estate sector as one of the competitive sectors that support the national economy, pointing out that the Kingdom is “continuing to strengthen its pioneering position in the exhibition and conference industry”.

As for the unexpected extension of the expo, he informed that it was due to the tremendous success and high turnout of visitors.
